 Return Goods Policy
Products may not be returned without obtaining a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) from our Customer Service Department. Handtruckmasters.com will not be held responsible for products returned without proper authorization. products returned without proper autorization will be returned via motor freight collect. All products that are not defective are subject to a 25% restocking charge. An additional 5% restocking fee will be charged for any items returned without proper authorization.
UPON RECEPT FROM THE CARRIER:
Inspect items delivered by the carrier for damage prior to accepting and signing for them. Do not sign for or accept any items from the freight carrier that appear to have been damaged during shipment. IF ANY DAMAGE IS DISCOVERED BY THE CUSTOMER IMMEDIATELY MAKE AN APPLICATION DIRECTLY TO THE CARRIER.
DAMAGES AFTER RECEPT:
If any damages are found after items are recieved and unpacked or uncrated, contact the freight carrier Immediately. An agent for the carrier will process your claim at this time.
